Who we are

This website is published by App-surdly Good Enterprises LLC (“we”), a Utah limited liability company. The public site is https://app-surdlygood.com.

What this page covers

These notes cover the brochure website only. A product such as AppSafe or CalcuModus may publish its own privacy notice when that product ships. TymeWyze runs on a separate site and follows that site’s notice.

Information you send

The contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and a confirmation that we may use the message to reply. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Information the host may log

This brochure does not run advertising or analytics scripts. Netlify hosts the site and may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and operations.

How we use a message

We use form submissions and emails to reply and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where it is stored

Netlify stores form submissions so we can read them in the Netlify dashboard and in notification email. Netlify may process that data in the United States. Their terms govern the hosting service.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence as long as needed to respond to inquiries and meet legal obligations, then delete.

Your requests

To ask for a copy of a message you sent, or to ask us to delete it, email info@app-surdlygood.com or use the contact form. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. State privacy rights depend on Utah law and on where you live.

Children

This marketing site is written for adults. Do not send a child’s personal information through the contact form.

Changes

When these notes change, the effective date at the top changes with them.
