Duke’s Den privacy policy

This policy covers the Duke’s Den mobile game from App-surdly Good Enterprises LLC (“we”).

What we collect

Nothing. Duke’s Den does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

Data stored on your device

Your progress, completed levels, and settings are saved only on your device, in the app’s local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it.

Network use

The game plays fully offline and does not contact our servers.

Purchases

The optional one-time “Full Den” unlock is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details. Those purchases are governed by the privacy policy of Apple or Google, as applicable. The app only checks with the store whether the unlock has been purchased.

Children

Duke’s Den is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
