Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026. This is the Privacy Policy URL for App Store listings published by App-surdly Good Enterprises LLC.
This policy describes how App-surdly Good Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), a Utah limited liability company, handles information when you visit app-surdlygood.com or use software we publish, including Unrivaled Racing, AppSafe, CalcuModus, TymeWyze, and MicroTube (together, the “Services”).
It is written so Apple, users, and regulators can see what each product actually does. It is not legal advice.
1. Who we are
The data controller for Company-operated Services is App-surdly Good Enterprises LLC, Utah, United States. Contact: info@app-surdlygood.com.
If you self-host a product (for example an optional MicroTube Server on hardware you operate), you are responsible for that instance.
2. This website
The public website is a static brochure and legal site. We do not require an account to read it.
- If you send the contact form or an email, we receive the name, address, topic, and message you provide so we can reply.
- The contact form is delivered through a form processor (currently FormSubmit). Their processing is subject to their own terms.
- Our host and content-delivery providers may collect standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, date, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
- We do not run advertising networks or sell website visitor lists.
See also our Cookie notice.
3. Company-wide principles
- No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in U.S. state privacy laws, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Minimum necessary. Each product is designed to collect only what it needs to function.
- Vendors. We use processors (hosting, email, Apple, optional analytics, optional bank linking, optional identity providers) solely to operate the Services. They may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.
- Legal process. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the Company, users, or the public from fraud or security threats.
4. Unrivaled Racing
Unrivaled Racing is a video game. Offline play does not require an internet connection.
- Local play data: settings, loadouts, and progress may be stored on your device.
- Optional online rooms: if you host or join an online match, third-party game services (for example Unity Gaming Services for authentication, lobby, and relay) may process a player identifier, room codes, connection data, and match session information so players can find each other.
- We do not need your real name, email, or payment card to play offline.
- Platform holders (Apple, Steam, or others if listed) process downloads and purchases under their policies.
5. AppSafe
AppSafe is built so that we cannot read your vault.
- There is no AppSafe website login, cloud account, or Sign in with Apple. The iOS app uses a username and password that you set, stored only on the device, as a first lock.
- Vault contents (logins, passwords, physical codes, notes, optional photos) are stored on your device and protected with a Family secret that you control. That Family secret is a second lock; we cannot recover it.
- Encryption happens on-device. We do not operate servers that store your vault contents.
- Sharing uses an encrypted backup file you choose to send. The family secret is not included in that file.
- We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or contacts. Optional Photos access is used only if you attach an image to an item.
- If you lose the family secret, we cannot recover the vault.
6. CalcuModus
CalcuModus is a bookkeeping and tax-planning documentation tool. It is not a CPA, law firm, or IRS filing service.
If you create an account, we may process:
- Email, name if provided, authentication identifiers, and preferences.
- Financial and business records you enter: entities, transactions, categories, mileage, credits, estimates, receipts, and R&D documentation.
- Optional bank connection via Plaid: Plaid processes bank login. We do not receive your bank username or password. We may store Plaid tokens, account metadata, and imported transactions.
- Passkey/WebAuthn public keys if you enroll them (biometric templates stay on your device).
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Processors may include Supabase (auth, database, storage), Plaid (bank linking), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in), and the hosting platform. See Plaid’s legal center.
You can disconnect banks, delete many records in-app, and request or perform account deletion from Settings where available, or by emailing us.
7. TymeWyze
TymeWyze is a shared family calendar.
- If you use account or sync features, we (or our cloud providers such as Firebase) may store account identifiers, calendar events, household membership, and settings so the calendar can appear on more than one device.
- Crash or diagnostics tools (if enabled in a given build) may receive technical error data. Configure those tools to avoid collecting message contents where possible.
- Do not put secrets such as passwords into calendar descriptions.
8. MicroTube
MicroTube is a third-party Apple Watch application with an iPhone companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube.
- Optional YouTube sign-in: if you sign in with Google on iPhone, the app receives an OAuth token and basic channel profile information to show subscriptions and personalized results. Tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain.
- Local data: saved videos, watch history, followed channels, settings, and streaming-time balance stay on your devices.
- In-app purchases: processed by Apple. We do not receive your card number.
- Network requests: search and playback send requests to third-party media services, YouTube APIs when signed in, and an optional self-hosted MicroTube Server you configure. We do not host that server for you.
Your use of Google, YouTube, and any public media instance is also governed by those providers’ policies.
9. Apple, payments, and device permissions
When you download or buy through the App Store, Apple collects and processes purchase and device information under Apple’s policies. We receive limited reports such as sales, proceeds, and crash information Apple chooses to share with developers.
Apps request system permissions only for features you use (for example Photos in AppSafe, location for CalcuModus mileage, or network for online play). You can deny a permission in iOS Settings; related features may then be unavailable.
10. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Parents and guardians: Unrivaled Racing is entertainment software. Use Apple’s Screen Time and purchase controls if a minor uses a device you manage.
11. Your rights and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to appeal a denial. Email info@app-surdlygood.com with the app name and enough detail to find your records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
We may decline requests that are legally forbidden, that would compromise another person’s data, or that ask us to decrypt information we cannot decrypt (including AppSafe vaults).
Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. We may need to verify identity.
12. Retention and security
We keep account and support records while a product relationship is active and for a limited time afterward as needed for security, accounting, and legal obligations. Backups may persist for a short period after deletion.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for a small software company, including TLS in production where we operate a site or API. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for device passcodes, family secrets, and account passwords.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may also be noted in the relevant app when practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
